Israel warns it will retaliate if UK imposes sanctions on illegal West Bank settlements

Israel has cautioned that it will respond in kind should the UK impose sanctions over its plans to expand illegal West Bank settlements.

Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband said on Tuesday that the UK would "reset" its Israel policy in the coming weeks, while one of his ministers suggested that goods produced in Israeli settlements within the Palestinian West Bank could face targeted sanctions.
