- Ukraine has urged Israel to detain a Russian vessel suspected of transporting grain stolen from occupied Ukrainian territories.
- The ship, named ABINSK, is reportedly carrying 43,765.18 tonnes of wheat, allegedly from occupied regions.
- Ukrainian foreign minister Andrii Sybiha raised the issue directly with his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Sa’ar.
- The vessel is currently docked at the Port of Haifa, escalating a diplomatic row over alleged wartime looting.
- Mr Sybiha warned that the vessel forms part of Moscow's wider war effort, and separately, he stressed that the "illegal export of stolen agricultural products" must not be allowed to continue.
