Israel’s massive strike on Lebanon captured on livestream

• Israel launched its heaviest wave of airstrikes on Lebanon since the war began on Wednesday, 8 April.
• The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) stated the two-week ceasefire did not apply to Lebanon, renewing its conflict with Hezbollah.
• The strikes resulted in at least 89 fatalities, including a dozen medics, and approximately 700 injuries across Lebanon, according to the country's health ministry.
• Footage showed significant explosions and rising smoke plumes in commercial and residential areas of central Beirut.
• Last week, Israel's defence minister had outlined plans to destroy border towns within Lebanon.
