For years, Israel and the United States have promoted and protected the Palestinian Authority and its leader, Mahmoud Abbas, despite the P.A.’s murderous incitement against Israel and Jews and its ongoing violation of America’s Taylor Force Act, forbidding payment of “salaries” to terrorists and their families.
