Israel has announced that it is currently reviewing the access to the Al Aqsa mosque during the holy month of Ramadan. This decision comes amidst ongoing tensions between Israel and the Palestinians.

The Al Aqsa mosque, located in the Old City of Jerusalem, is one of the holiest sites in Islam. It is also a site of frequent clashes between Israeli security forces and Palestinian worshippers.
