Israel-Iran conflict enters its second week with fresh attacks despite Geneva talks

Israel and Iran have exchanged fresh attacks as the conflict entered its second week, despite talks between European ministers and Iran's top diplomat, aimed at de-escalating tension, taking place on Friday.

While Friday's talks, which lasted for four hours in Geneva, failed to produce a breakthrough, European officials expressed hope for future negotiations.
