Northern Ireland rider Davy Morgan has tragically died as the Isle of Man TT was marred by a third tragedy.
The 52-year-old rider crashed on the third and final lap of Monday’s Supersport race at the 27th Milestone. His death comes after Welsh rider Mark Purslow died in a practice crash last week while sidecar passenger Olivier Lavorel died after a collision on Saturday.
The race organisers confirmed the latest tragedy in a statement issued on Monday night, after Peter Hickman had powered to his second TT win of the week earlier on, where they sent their ‘deepest sympathy’ to his partner and family.
