Two job vacancies have been advertised on the island of Eigg in the Inner Hebrides.
A head teacher is being sought for the primary school, alongside a new role of warm homes manager, leading efforts to improve the energy efficiency of local housing.
The Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust said it was not often two "amazing jobs" came up on such a "wee island".
The head teacher job, advertised by Highland Council, also involves looking after another small primary school on the neighbouring Isle of Muck.
Eigg's school has seven pupils and is soon to have five nursery children.
The permanent position has an advertised annual salary £58,818 with a remote allowance of £3,237 and a distant island allowance of £2,541.
Applications from Gaelic speakers are encouraged.
Meanwhile, the warm homes manager would help tackle fuel poverty, manage community woodland and develop the island's circular economy plans.
Supported by the Scottish Government’s Investing in Communities Fund, the three-year contract can be offered on either a full-time or job share basis at a pro rata salary of £30,750.
The heritage trust acknowledged that one person may not have all of the skills being advertised for and is therefore suggesting the role could be split into two.
A travel allowance is available if the successful candidate is not Eigg based, but visits to the island would be expected once a month over the contract period.
Both job advertisements state applications must be made by 29 May.
Just five miles long and three miles wide, Eigg is home to 110 people and generates its own electricity from wind, sun and water power. It lies just south of Skye and is one of the Small Isles, along with Muck, Rum and Canna.
