CHENNAI: The Indian Super League matches between Chennaiyin FC and FC Goa have been goal fests more often than not, irrespective of the coaches and players involved.
The Chennaiyin-Goa fixtures have seen 95 goals in 26 meetings, the most between any two teams in the league's history. Given the preference of both coaches - Owen Coyle and Manolo Marquez - to play a positive brand of football, the 'century' mark could be breached on Thursday, when CFC welcome Goa to the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here.
