Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe handed new signing Alexander Isak his debut from the start at Anfield tonight. The Sweden international was handed his work permit this afternoon by the Home Office and leads the line against Liverpool with Howe dropping Chris Wood.

A midfield trio of Joelinton, Sean Longstaff and Joe Willock ran the show for Howe in his engine room.
