X, formerly known as Twitter, experienced a major global outage on November 18, 2025, leaving thousands of users unable to log in, load timelines, or send messages.

By 5:20 PM, outage tracker Downdetector.com had logged more than 10,000 reports, confirming severe disruption across the mobile app, website and server connections.
