If you’ve been hooked on Apple TV’s hit space drama For All Mankind and are unsure what you’ll do when this season wraps up – fear not as season 4 is already in the works.
Show creators Ronald D. Moore, Ben Nedivi and Matt Wolpert made the announcement at Comic Con recently in San Diego, and were joined by cast members Joel Kinnaman (Ed Baldwin), Krys Marshall (Danielle Poole), Shantel VanSanten (Karen Baldwin), Wrenn Schmidt (Margo Madison), Edi Gathegi (Dev Ayesa), Coral Peña (Aleida Rosales), Jodi Balfour (Ellen Wilson), Casey Johnson (Danny Stevens), Sonya Walger (Molly Cobb) and Cynthy Wu (Kelly Baldwin).
A cast list for season 4 of For All Mankind has yet to be released, but it’s likely most of the above will be returning, depending of course on the fate of their characters in the final two episodes of the current season.

Has For All Mankind season 4 been confirmed?
There is no release date for For All Mankind season 4 yet, but production of the next season of the show is due to begin this month. It’s certainly promising that the announcement that Apple TV have renewed the series came before even the third season for the show had finished being broadcast, but chances are we might have to wait awhile before we get to see what the cast of For All Mankind get up to.
Given that there was almost a year and a half between production starting on season three and it being released in July, we’re guessing that it might be 2024 or at least the end of 2023 before season 4 of the hit show drops.
What do we know about the fourth season of For All Mankind so far?
Given that we haven’t seen how the end of season 3 will turn out in the UK at least, it’s very hard to predict what sort of plot we’re likely to get in the next iteration of the show. One thing that seems certain is we’re likely to experience another jump in the timeline as the show skips forward to allow the technology and goals to shift.
On the renewal of the show for a fourth season, For All Mankind creator Ronald D. Moore said: “I’m thrilled that we get to keep going forward in this amazing story. It’s gratifying to see what we’ve done and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do in the future.”
