Newcastle United will be hoping to keep their unbeaten run intact this week when they make the trip down south to take on Southampton. The Magpies have undergone a dramatic rejuvenation under the guidance of head coach Eddie Howe, who had his squad bolstered with five new additions in the January transfer window.
They have not suffered defeat in the league since their heavy loss against Manchester City in December 2021, meaning they have not gone home empty-handed in any of their last eight Premier League games. Seven points currently separate ninth-placed Southampton and Howe's men, although Newcastle have played one less game.
ChronicleLive have rounded up all the details Magpies supporters needs ahead of the trip to Southampton.
