Emmerdale fans are pleading with ITV bosses tonight as Thursday's hour long episode dropped a heavy hint that Samson may be dead.
And viewers are all weighing in to share their theories on what happened to the Dingle lad after he went missing and the soap dropped a huge hint about his fate.
And many are hoping that it turns out to be a fakeout and that Samson is actually alive.

Tonight, viewers saw Amelia (Daisy Campbell) give birth to a baby girl with Noah beside her - well, for some of it.
Dan was thrilled but is still reeling from Harriet's death, while Vinny struggled to cope and in distressing scenes we saw him break down at the conclusion of tonight's drama.
But it was Samson's fate which got people talking.
The camera panned across a field and showed Samson's phone utterly smashed in, and the boy nowhere to be seen.
Now viewers are sharing their best theories about what happened.
