Consequently, the global defense drone market is projected to reach $88.1 billion by 2030, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth wants the United States to be the leader in drone warfare. Committing to “unleashing American drone dominance” and promising to get rid of "restrictive policies” to boost drone manufacturing, Hegseth’s comments spell optimism for drone stocks.
