Thousands of Microsoft Outlook have faced significant disruption to their email services since Wednesday night, with many reporting difficulties accessing their inboxes or signing in.
Microsoft 365's status page confirmed it was investigating the widespread issues, and later announced a fix was being deployed. However, the company has since admitted that its initial remedy encountered a problem, meaning affected systems are not yet fully restored.
