The Chicago Bulls committed to winning this summer, adding two solid veterans in free agency: Jevon Carter and Torrey Craig. They could have easily entered a rebuild and sold off some of their star players for valuable assets, but they took the opposite approach, much to the chagrin of some fans.
The Bulls still have a talented group leading the way. Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic are all multi-time All-Stars. The star power is there, but it has not yet produced the desired results. And with the current state of the team, time could be running out.
