Irish weather is in a sort of lull this week as rain and cloudy conditions are expected for most regions, ahead of an unsettled weekend according to Met Eireann.
August is fast approaching, and current predictions show two weeks of warmer and drier weather than usually seen before the kids go back to school.
This week, up to July 31, will see relatively high pressure dominating for most of the week bringing drier than average conditions.
