Questions over whether Melania Trump is pregnant flared online after the first lady was filmed stepping off Air Force One in Florida at 1:35 a.m. alongside President Donald Trump, with social media users fixating on the way she held her stomach and her dark sunglasses.
This was not the first time Melania has been dragged into speculative online chatter. The Irish Star reported that similar talk surfaced in February after she was photographed wearing sunglasses late at night, while the broader 'fake Melania' theory has circulated since 2017, when Guardian columnist Marina Hyde was credited with bringing it into public view.
