Liverpool have the opportunity to register a seventh straight Premier League victory when facing Leicester City this evening.
Jurgen Klopp's side will know all too well anything but three points will be of little use as they continue to push for Champions League qualification, meanwhile the same could also be said for the hosts as they battle to avoid relegation.
Currently two points adrift of 17th-placed Everton with a game in hand, Leicester can move out of the bottom three should they secure three points but are coming up against a Liverpool team who appeared to have turned a corner in recent weeks.

Issuing an update on the pair on Friday, Klopp told reporter: No, they were not in team training yet. I saw Bobby in training yesterday and it looks like pretty much [he is] nearly there, but I don’t think he will be in for the weekend. If I go out of here and he will be in the session, I would be surprised. I assume that we start with him team training-wise after the Leicester game. And Naby, no.”
Leicester will be without striker Kelechi Iheanacho, who has missed his team’s previous two games due to injury and will not be fit to face Liverpool. Portuguese full-back Ricardo Pereira could return, however, after his short-term absence.

The Foxes' defensive trio of James Justin, Jannik Vestergaard and Ryan Bertrand are long-term absentees.
