The Women’s Euro 2022 quarter-finals continue this evening as Germany and Austria look to join England in the semi-finals.
The Lionesses became the first side through to the last four last night as they overcame Spain in Brighton. They will now be watching on with interest as the second quarter-final takes place in Brentford.
Germany will be the strong favourites to see off their neighbours. Martina Voss-Tecklenburg’s side breezed through the group stages, even seeing off pre-tournament favourites Spain on their way to topping Group B with a perfect record.
