Everton kick-off their Premier League campaign on Saturday evening when they welcome Chelsea to Goodison Park.
In last season's corresponding fixture Blues boss Lampard got one over the club where he remains a legend. Richarlison's second-half strike earned Everton a 1-0 win that proved crucial in their ultimately successful battle against relegation.
Despite the loss of star man Richarlison to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, Evertonians will be hoping for a more comfortable campaign this time around. And there would be no way better way to start it than with victory against Thomas Tuchel's big spending side.

Early Everton team news
Everton will be without a recognised striker given Dominic Calvert-Lewin has picked up an injury and Salomon Rondon is suspended. Lampard is also stretched in midfield with Tom Davies and Andre Gomes out and Allan not match fit. Captain Seamus Coleman won't feature, but he did make his return for the under-23s on Friday night, but Yerry Mina and back-up goalkeeper Asmir Begovic should be available.
