Chelsea are back in action on Tuesday as they're set to kick off their Champions League campaign with a trip to Croatia as they take on Dinamo Zagreb.
The Blues were handed a somewhat favourable group in last month's draw, which saw them given Zagreb, AC Milan and Red Bull Salzburg in Group E.
