Since LIV Golf launched in 2022, Iron Heads GC has been captained by South Korea-born American, Kevin Na.
Na is the only constant in Iron Heads GC's personnel since then, with the likes of Sadom Kaewkanjana, Hideto Tanihara, Viraj Madappa, Phachara Khongwatmai and Sihwan Kim all playing for the team in the inaugural LIV Golf season.
By the start of the 2023 season, Iron Heads GC settled on a stable line-up of Na, Kim, Scott Vincent and Danny Lee, but there was another change for the 2024 season after Kim was relegated. That opened the door for one of the promoted players, Jinichiro Kozuma, to step in.
Regardless of the line-up, so far, Iron Heads GC has generally struggled. In 2022, it finished eighth in the standings, before finishing rock bottom in 2023 and again finishing at the foot of the standings in 2024.
Na finished 33rd in the Individual Standings in 2024, with Danny Lee in 38th, Kozuma in 45th and Vincent finishing in the Drop Zone in 50th.
Despite those struggles, there was a big twist in the season-closing Team Championship in 2024 when Na's team first beat Brooks Koepka's Smash GC in the quarter-finals, before stunning defending champions, Bryson DeChambeau's Crushers GC in the semi-finals, leaving it one of four teams in with a chance of taking the trophy and $14m in prize money with just one round of the season to play.
