Irishman reportedly falls to death from apartment building in Bangkok

An Irish man has reportedly fallen to his death from an apartment building in Bangkok in Thailand.

The young man fell to his death from the 23rd floor of the condominium building in Bangkok’s Bang Khae district on Friday morning, according to the Bangkok Post. It's understood a security guard rushed to check the area after residents reported a loud noise.

The man's body was found on a balcony of a third floor room after the horror fall.

According to police, the deceased is an Irish national working as a teacher at a local school in Bangkok. It's believed he was renting a room in the building.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has been contacted for comment on this story.
