Irish World Cup hopeful completes move to Championship leaders

Ireland striker Kyra Carusa is aiming to boost her bid for World Cup selection by helping new side London City Lionesses win promotion to the Women’s Super League.

Carusa yesterday completed her move from Danish side HB Koge to the Women’s Championship leaders.

The eight-time capped striker is aiming for more of the success she enjoyed in Denmark, where she was named the 2022 Elitedivisionen’s Most Valuable Player.
