A popular Dublin bar and restaurant has hit out at what it calls a “false and exaggerated” review left by a customer who said they had a “disappointing experience”.
The owner of Oscars Cafe Bar in Smithfield shared his response to a scathing review on social media, as well as a telling CCTV image, in a bid to “defend their reputation”.
In a review posted on Google on Monday, a customer complained about a warm hot chocolate, dry chicken and ‘not pink steak’.
