Irish Rail have responded to a passenger complaint after they felt 'belittled' using their disabled toilets.
The passenger was travelling from Galway and called out the rail company after they had to get a pass code to use the disabled toilets.
The person called the ordeal 'belittling' and said they shouldn't have to ask the staff in front of other people. However, Irish Rail have since given a reason for implementing the passcode in their response to the complaint.
