The short video, published by Cork Beo, appears to show several men wrestling while others get caught up apparently trying to defuse the situation.
Jamie Stanton of the Paddocks made a statement on Monday after the clips were circulated widely.
He condemned the "totally out of the ordinary" behaviour and praised staff for "diffusing" the situation.
Mr Stanton said he "refuses to leave the actions of a few seconds of madness tarnish the hard work and dedication in The Paddocks Bar and in Cobh Pirates RFC."
He added: "The matter has been dealt with accordingly and we have communicated extensively with everyone involved in the incident and is now put to bed.
"Our staff had a rapid response to diffuse the situation and disperse everyone as safely as possible. This behaviour is totally out of the ordinary in our clubhouse and will under no circumstances, ever be tolerated.
"We refuse to leave the actions of a few seconds of madness tarnish the hard work and dedication in The Paddocks Bar and in Cobh Pirates RFC. Our clubhouse bar policies are built around club ethos, family ethos and inclusive community spirit and that's the way it will remain.
"Despite what may come of social media sensationalism, and the digital back fall... we have no time for it. We would like to thank all club members, patrons and the public for their outpouring of support the last 2 days and always appreciate the value of their friendship and their custom."
