An Irish mum is on a mission to raise awareness of a debilitating condition she never knew she had.

Colleen Loughran said that ever since she was a young girl, she hid her legs from the world, as she was conscious that they looked much bigger than the rest of her frame.

She and her friends used to poke fun at her legs, never realising that there was an underlying issue.
