An Irish couple have described their “harrowing” experience abroad.

On RTE Liveline, Elaine and Phil from Dublin recounted their holiday to Turkey where an alleged attempted child abduction and assault took place.

The incident allegedly happened in the early hours of May 16, when normal night time socialising suddenly changed into "pure and utter panic", reports Irish Mirror.
