Irish comedian Jason Byrne has gone viral with a hilarious rant about the way in which Ryanair ask people to queue ahead of flights at European airports.
The Dubliner took to social media at the weekend to give his "sit down and relax" hack as hundreds of his fellow passengers joined a queue to board a plane that wasn't there.
Recording himself in the airport, he began: "Look, I can't keep doing this all the time trying to advise you what to do with Ryanair flights."

Spanning the camera to capture passengers queuing up, he explained: "This is Gate 48. Ryanair have called a boarding call but there is no plane.
"All you got to do is just look at there and see there's no plane so you can just stay sitting in here and relax or have you coffee," he added as he showed the empty airport tarmac in the clip on Twitter.
"Don't do this queueing up thing," he added as he showed a packed priority queue awaiting to board the flight. He also then advised people not to pay for priority as it "doesn't do anything."
"All you do is get to stand out there for a bit longer. You have a seat number so you're fine, so don't panic. When Ryanair panic you on these screens, there's normally no plane and you're going to be standing there for probably the next hour."
Showing a waiting area seat, he said: "So sit down there, get yourself a coffee and chill out.
"And actually what's great fun is watching all these poor f**kers tying to stand here for hours on end."
A while afterwards, he continues by showing the priority gone from the terminal after being checked in for their flight but still waiting in the boarding tunnel as the arriving passengers disembark from the plane on the runway.
"The cases are only coming off," he explained about the recently arrived plane which would have to be turned around for his flight.
"The passengers aren't even off yet and these f**king idiots have paid to queue inside this yoke [tunnel]. What are we like. Ryanair are geniuses," he continued.
He then recorded himself joining an empty non-priority queue to board after "sitting there waiting." He walked all the way down and out to the steps of the plane after spending no time in the queue. Stop buying priority tickets, guys," he advised.
He accompanied his video with the post: "Bloody Ryanair, stop buying priority tickets n queuing up for hours on end #yourewelcome #jasonbyrnecomedian "
The clip has received thousands of replies and interactions after it was posted on Sunday.
Some people pointed out that people who want to carry on a small suitcase have to pay priority while others agreed with the waste of time people spend queueing to board a plane that has assigned seats.
One wrote: "Agree totally except you need priority to bring in your suitcase." Jason replied: "But u don’t need to stand for hours as well."
Another noted: "If you’re in, say, row 3 you need to be one of the first on or some a**ehole seated in row 25 will put his bag above row 3 so he can grab it as he’s leaving and yours will end up in row 12 and you’ll have to wait until every bastard is off before you can go back and get yours."
One man replied to that tweet: "This doesn't happen. There's space for everyone. It's the lack of trust (paranoia) people have that sets off a domino panic & means everyone acts completely selfishly in airports and on planes - all the while, saying they're only doing it because they think others will be selfish."
Another agreed with the comedian: "Well said. I can never understand why people seem to love an aul queue so much."
"Why don’t people listen to you, Jason, a voice of a genius," one replied.
"Omg this is so true! I can never understand it. First thing i do is check for a plane," another said.
A third person added: "Spot on. I always sit my arse down and wait till end of the queue. Sitting in the airport while the plane fills up is a LOT more comfortable than sitting on a stuffy plane. You’re not leaving earlier cos you’re last on."
