Ireland weather: Met Eireann's 'damaging' double yellow warning for Monday as wind and rain to batter country

Met Eireann have kicked off the week of weather with not one but two status yellow alerts.

The entire country is under a weather advisory for the entire week, with ran and gales to cause major issues around the coast and on roads across the island.

However, they've now added to that with two yellow alerts, including one issued just after 5am on Monday morning.
