Ireland is set to see a foggy start to Thursday morning before conditions give way to allow for dry and sunny spells.
Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow fog warning for Ireland as some areas struggle with dense fog this morning, causing difficult travel conditions.
The warning will remain in place until 10am Thursday.

A forecaster said: “Saturday still looking wet and windy with rain arriving in West and moving across the country. Winds increasing also as latest charts here show. Some showers in Northern areas Thursday and Friday but mainly dry for rest of country. Cool with fog and risk of frost though.”
Meanwhile, mist and fog will be slow to clear this morning. Many parts of the country will stay dry with sunny spells, but there will be scattered showers in the southwest and west, and outbreaks of rain will develop in east Ulster during the afternoon and evening.
Highest temperatures of 5 to 11 degrees, mildest in the southwest and west, with a light to moderate westerly wind.
Tonight will start off mostly cloudy with showery rain. It will become drier and clearer as the night goes on, but the rain will persist in northeast Ulster, and there will be a few showers in the southwest too.
Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees in a moderate to fresh westerly wind.
Tomorrow, outbreaks of rain will linger in northeast Ulster, and there will be scattered showers in the southwest.
Other areas will stay dry with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees with a moderate to fresh west to northwest breeze.
Friday night will be cold, dry and clear, though cloud will build in the west towards morning.
There will be widespread frost as temperatures fall to between -1 and +3 degrees in a light west to southwest wind.
Saturday morning will start off dry, but it will become wet and windy through the day as rain moves east across the country and fresh to strong southerly winds develop.
Clearer spells and scattered showers will extend from the west during the evening, and winds will become westerly. However, the rain will linger in the east until the late evening. Highest temperatures of 6 to 12 degrees.
The rain will clear from the east early on Saturday night, and for the rest of the night, there will be clear spells and scattered showers.
The showers will be most frequent over the western half of the country. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in a moderate to fresh and blustery westerly wind.
Sunday will be bright and breezy with sunshine and scattered showers. They will be most frequent over the western half of the country.
Highest temperatures of 6 to 11 degrees in a moderate to fresh westerly wind.
Sunday night will be wet and breezy as rain moves east over the country and winds strengthen. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees.
On Monday morning, the rain will gradually clear eastwards and will be followed by sunshine and showers.
Another spell of rain is possible in the northwest later in the day. It will become windier too, as fresh to strong west to southwest winds develop. It will feel cold with highest temperatures of just 5 to 9 degrees.
Staying cool and unsettled with further spells of wet and windy weather possible.
