A low weather system is set to barrel in over Ireland in the coming days with heavy rain set to ruin weekend plans.
Met Eireann are predicting the horror turn from Friday afternoon with concert goers advised to have their wet gear ready for Saturday and Sunday.
Temperatures will also take a nosedive with a chilly 13C in parts of the country.
There will however be one more nice day this week with the mercury rising as high as 23C at times.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "This morning will be mostly cloudy with patches of mist but through the afternoon a few bright or sunny periods will develop, especially in the southeast. There will be patchy light rain or drizzle at times in the west and northwest and isolated showers are possible in the east. Highest temperatures will range between 15 and 23 degrees, warmest in Leinster, in a light southwesterly or variable breeze.
"Tonight will be mostly cloudy with patchy rain and drizzle, turning more persistent in the west and southwest later in the night. Patches of mist and fog will develop in light and variable winds. A mild night with lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees."
The big change will start on Friday as rain moves in and it's expected to last all weekend.
The forecaster said: "Tomorrow morning will be cloudy, with rain in the west and southwest and patchy light rain or drizzle elsewhere. The rain will move northeastwards across the rest of the country through the afternoon and evening and will be followed by scattered showers. There will be heavy falls of rain at times, giving a risk of spot flooding.
"Light southerly winds in the morning will become variable in direction later and increase moderate to fresh in the south and east. There will be strong winds along Munster and Leinster coasts. Highest afternoon temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees.
" Saturday will be a cloudy and wet day with spells of rain and heavy showers. Some of the showers may be thundery. Highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees in a moderate to fresh south to southeast wind.
"A mix of sunny spells and widespread heavy and possibly thundery showers. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees in a moderate to fresh south to southwest breeze."
