Temperatures will soar as high as 19C for the next two days as Ireland gets hit with an early blast of summer heat.
A fog warning was issued this morning but will be over by 9am with beautiful conditions replacing it in most parts of the country.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Foggy in many areas this morning. Fog will clear through the morning to leave a dry day for most areas with sunshine developing. Some pockets of fog may linger along southern coasts and in the Irish Sea. Just the chance of a spot of rain in any cloudier periods. Feeling warm and humid in highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees and light southeast or variable breezes.

"Many areas will have a dry day tomorrow, although there will be some light rain here or there, mainly over the western half of the country. The best of sunshine will be in the east where it will be warmest. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees with a moderate southwesterly breeze, fresh along Atlantic coasts."
But an unwelcome change is on the way with temperatures dropping back towards the May average from Monday with more unsettled conditions.
The forecaster added: "An unsettled westerly airflow with temperatures returning to the average for May, with highs in the low to mid teens.
"A wet and breezy or blustery day Monday with rain becoming widespread, turning heavy at times. Rain will clear to showers later in the afternoon with some sunshine developing later. Fresh to strong southwest winds will moderate as rain clears, but remain stronger near Atlantic coasts. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees."
And there is currently no sign of it heating up again in the very near future.
