Wednesday was the warmest day of the year so far in many parts of Ireland, but the mini-heatwave appears to be heading for a conclusion.
That's if Met Eireann's newest forecast is anything to go by - though the national forecaster has predicted a simply stunning weekend before it happens.
We've seen temperatures averaging around about 15C during the day for the last week or so, with the weather station in Phoenix Park recording the highest max temp so far this year of 18.5C on Wednesday.

Make the most of those conditions though, because things will start to get cooler from Monday.
Thursday will start off quite cloudy, but that is set to clear away for the majority of the country.
A Met Eireann prediction reads: "Dry apart from isolated showers, mainly affecting Ulster, with sunny spells generally increasing through the day. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees.
"Friday morning will be quite cloudy with mist and fog, but this will gradually clear and it will become sunnier as the day goes on. It will be largely dry, however the odd shower may break out. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees."
It's a similar story on Saturday according to Met Eireann, which says: "Mist and fog will clear from most areas on Saturday morning but may linger along some coasts. It will be a dry day with sunny spells and a light easterly breeze. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees, coolest near southern and eastern coasts.
"Mist and fog will clear from most areas on Sunday morning but may persist along parts of the north and east coast. It will be dry with sunny spells and light east to southeast or variable winds. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees."
However, it's here we start to see things turn for the worst - with "well-scattered showers" and high temperatures of just 9C in some parts of Ireland on Monday.
And the outlook for the week isn't too good either, with Met Eireann warning: "Some rain possible midweek, followed by cooler but settled weather."
