Jamison Gibson-Park comes in for Conor Murray at scrum-half. The other two changes are injury enforced, with Ryan Baird coming in for Iain Henderson in the second row and Robbie Henshaw replacing Garry Ringrose at centre.
Johnny Sexton is in line to become Ireland's record points scorer in the final match of his Guinness Six Nations career. He will surpass Ronan O'Gara on 557 points should he contribute to the scoreline from fly-half.
