Ireland is to see some glorious weather as the country is set to be blasted with sunshine and temperatures are to rise up to 17 degrees Celsius.
Met Eireann has forecast dry and clear spells for the majority of the coming weekend as people are encouraged to break out the parasols and slap on the sun cream.
However, the good weather won’t be sticking around too long as it is due to give way later next week with unsettled conditions taking over.

Tonight will see little change in conditions as most areas will remain dry with clear spells, with just a few showers in the east and south.
Looking towards the weekend, Ireland will experience temperatures as hot as Lanzarote, which should provide the perfect 99 summer weather.
A forecaster said: “Saturday will be mostly dry with good sunny spells, however, some well scattered showers will occur too.
“Highest temperatures will once again range from 12 to 17 degrees, mildest away from Irish Sea coasts, again with rather brisk northeasterly winds.”
Saturday night will be mostly dry with a slight chance of light showers near southern coasts.
Sunday will get off to a dry start with sunny spells in most areas. However, it will be a little cloudier in the southwest, where there will be some patchy light rain and drizzle at times.
Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees, in mostly moderate easterly winds.
Dry with clear spells will remain throughout the night with just some patchy light rain or drizzle at times in the southwest.
It will be another dry day on Monday, although it will be a cloudier day overall with occasional sunny spells.
Highest temperatures of 11 to 15 degrees in light easterly breezes.
Monday night will be dry with long clear spells, getting a little chillier though as the night continues with lows of 2 to 6 degrees in light easterly winds.
Still basking in the sunshine on Tuesday, sunny spells are set to spread across the country in the morning, but cloud will increase through the middle of the day, with a few light showers developing in the afternoon.
Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees in light east to southeast breezes.
These conditions will see little change through the middle of the week, with mostly dry conditions and similar temperatures.
