Andy Farrell's Ireland head to Murrayfield this weekend to face Scotland in a Six Nations clash.
The match is Ireland's penultimate game in the competition and they remain firmly on course to win the Grand Slam after wins over Wales, France and Italy so far.
Scotland comes next before a massive final game against England at the Aviva Stadium next Saturday - the day after St Patrick's Day.
Farrell is expected to name his team to face Scotland shortly before his lunchtime press conference on Friday before the squad make the short trip from Dublin to Edinburgh.
Johnny Sexton is among several big names expected to return for Ireland in Edinburgh.
Sexton has been included in a 37-man training squad for the penultimate round of the Championship as Andy Farrell’s men step up their push for the Grand Slam.
The 37-year-old fly-half is expected to come in for Ross Byrne, who started the 34-20 victory over Italy, after struggling with a groin injury.
Scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park, prop Tadhg Furlong and centre Robbie Henshaw are also present following spells in the treatment room.
Meanwhile, Glasgow quartet Simon Berghan, Scott Cummings, Rory Darge and Stafford McDowall have been added to the Scotland squad ahead of the game.
Suspended Grant Gilchrist, who misses the rest of the campaign after being handed a three-week ban following his red card in the last match away to France, has returned to Edinburgh and Josh Bayliss has returned to Bath.
Darge has been drafted in after returning to fitness while Cummings, Berghan and McDowall have already been involved in the tournament build-up.
Flanker Darge has played the last two games for Warriors after recovering from the ankle injury he suffered in the second match of the BKT United Rugby Championship season. The 23-year-old has seven caps.
Cummings returned the previous week for Glasgow following a three-month absence since sustaining a foot injury while training with Scotland ahead of the Autumn Nations Series. The lock, who has 23 caps, also trained with Scotland ahead of their win over Wales last month.
Experienced prop Berghan was among the replacements for Scotland’s opening Six Nations win over England at Twickenham before dropping out of the squad.
Uncapped centre McDowall was also named in Gregor Townsend’s original squad but was released from duty to captain Warriors in recent weeks.
