Iran's top military officials have issued strong warnings against any aggression towards the country, emphasizing that Iran will not hesitate to respond forcefully if its red lines are crossed.
The advisor to the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force commander, Iraj Masjedi, stated that while Iran does not seek war, it will not show restraint in the face of enemy aggression. Masjedi also criticized the United States for supporting Israel's actions while urging Iran to exercise restraint.
Iran's Army Chief Commander Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi reiterated this sentiment, stating that Iran will give a 'stormy and unified response' to any acts of aggression. He highlighted Iran's recent joint military drills aimed at enhancing national security.
Referring to Iran's retaliatory attacks against Israel in Operation True Promise, Mousavi mentioned that the strikes were conducted in cooperation with various military divisions. He emphasized that the recent attack demonstrated the ineffectiveness of Israel's air defense systems against Iranian missiles.
In a recent incident, the majority of ballistic missiles and drones launched by Iran towards Israel were intercepted, showcasing the robust missile defense capabilities of Israel and its ally, the United States. Over 300 Iranian munitions were launched during the attack, with most being intercepted before reaching Israel, over 1,100 miles away from their launch points.
