Iran launched a wave of missile attacks targeting U.S. forces across the Middle East on Wednesday, as American and Saudi forces struck Tehran-backed militias in Iraq, killing at least 20 fighters and six Iranian advisers.

US President Donald Trump vowed to hit back hard at Iran after it attacked US bases in Jordan on Wednesday, as the Middle East war reignited and once again drew in the Islamic republic's proxies.
