Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: As Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians lock horns at Ekana Stadium tonight, all eyes remain on struggling skippers - KL Rahul's replacement Rishabh Pant (averaging 18.75 this season) and Rohit Sharma (strike rate 112.3), whose leaked chat with mentor Zaheer Khan has sparked fresh turmoil in the MI camp.
The viral video shows Rohit telling Khan: "I delivered when needed. Now it's not my responsibility" - an eerie echo of last year's controversy when he was caught discussing tactics with KKR's Abhishek Nayar post-captaincy removal. MI fans fear history repeating as the five-time champions languish at 8th position with just 2 points.
