NEW DELHI: Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma's unreal assault, featuring blistering half-centuries, propelled Sunrisers Hyderabad to the fastest chase of a 160-plus target en route their convincing 10-wicket win over Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL on Wednesday.
Pursuing a relatively modest target of 166, Head (89 not out, 30 balls, 8x4, 8x6) and Sharma (75 not out, 28 balls, 8x4, 6x6) made a mockery of the LSG bowling attack, effortlessly finding the fence and clearing the ropes at will, cruising to victory in a mere 9.4 overs.
