NEW DELHI: The picturesque Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) stadium in Dharamsala has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first BCCI-accredited venue to install a state-of-the-art 'hybrid pitch' to host two Indian Premier League matches this season.

This innovative pitch technology integrates natural turf with reinforced synthetic fibers, offering enhanced durability and consistency. The installation of the hybrid pitch aims to elevate the quality of cricketing surfaces and ensure optimal playing conditions for matches hosted at the stadium.
