Ravi Shastri is not the one to mince his words, and when he was asked to name which players he thinks could come into reckoning for the upcoming 50-over World Cup to be hosted by India later this year, the former all-rounder was quick to pick four batters.
"I would put Tilak Varma, I would put (Yashasvi) Jaiswal, I would put Rinku Singh. (They) are the candidates who can really push through, along with Ruturaj Gaikwad (already played for India), who has been around for a while," said Shastri, while speaking on the latest episode of 'The ICC Review'.
