BENGALURU: Set to lead an IPL franchise for the first time, newly-appointed Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Faf du Plessis said his leadership style is pretty much similar to that of 'Captain Cool', Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

The 37-year-old Du Plessis has been an integral part of Chennai Super Kings side under Dhoni since 2012 and also played for the the new-defunct Rising Pune Supergiant.
