Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson would have ideally liked to lead from the front, but his batting is yet to make an impact. The 'inconsistency' tag has not been easy for Samson to get rid of, and it is the main area of concern for the Royals.
His whirlwind 27-ball 55 at the start of the campaign raised expectations and rightly so, given the talent he possesses. But after five games, Royals look like a two-batter team with Jos Buttler and Shimron Hetymer sharing the responsibility of getting a good score on the board.
