The No. 2 Iowa Hawkeyes will face the No. 1 South Carolina Gamecocks in the Final Four of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament on Friday.
The Iowa Hawkeyes are a team on a mission. With a record of 30-6, they have already set a program record for wins in a season, and are playing in just the second Final Four in program history. Led by superstar guard Caitlin Clark, who has been averaging an impressive 27.2 points per game in the tournament, the Hawkeyes have one of the most high-powered offenses in the country, averaging 86.5 points per game. Meanwhile, the Gamecocks enter the game with a perfect 36-0 record and are riding a 42-game win streak that dates back to last year’s NCAA Tournament, while being led by star players Aliyah Boston and Zia Cooke.
