Sometimes the teachers need teaching. In this case, those teachers are dealership salespeople, and automaker-backed charging network Ionna wants to make sure they're properly educating customers about EVs. Not everyone who walks into a dealership understands how the electric charging network works, how vast it is, or how quick cars are to charge. And that's where Ionna comes in.
Ionna CEO Seth Culter told Business Insider that it will be training dealership staff at a few hundred locations in major U.S. cities, as he feels it's the company's duty to help push EV adoption along.
